This Privacy Policy describes how Lifeup Soft handles information when you use our Service. We design our apps to minimize data handling: we do not collect, store, or transmit personal data from users.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

• Application refers to Lifeup Soft mobile applications, the software programs provided by the Company.

• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

• Service refers to the Application.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

We do not collect any personal data or usage data through the Service.

The only information that may be processed by the Application is temporary, on-device face data from the device camera or photo library, as described in the Face Data and Image Processing section below. This data is processed entirely on your device and is not collected, stored, or transmitted by us.

Our apps and website do not request, store, or transmit any information that could be used to identify or contact you. No analytics, tracking, or diagnostic data is collected.

Use of Your Personal Data

Because we do not collect personal data or usage data, we do not use such information for any purpose.

The only information processed is the temporary, on-device face data described in the Face Data and Image Processing section below, which is used solely to provide the relevant in-app feature and is discarded immediately.

Sharing of Your Information

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose personal information to third parties because we do not collect such information. Face data processed by the Application is never transmitted from your device.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We do not retain personal data or usage data because we do not collect such information.

Face data processed by the Application exists only in device memory during the active image processing session and is discarded immediately afterward. No face data is stored on the device or on our servers.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

We do not transfer personal data to any third parties or servers. All information processed by the Application remains on your device.

Delete Your Personal Data

Because we do not collect or store personal data, there is no personal data to delete. If you have any questions about data deletion, you can contact us at lifeup.soft@gmail.com.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

We do not collect personal data, so we have no personal data to disclose. We do not share user information with third parties, except if we are required to respond to a valid legal request from a public authority. Even in such a case, we can only disclose information we actually possess, and we do not collect personal data through the Service.

Security of Your Personal Data

Because we do not collect or store personal data, there is no user data stored by us that could be compromised. Face data processed by the Application is handled entirely on your device by Apple's on-device Vision framework and is never transmitted over the Internet or stored by us.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and have questions about our practices, please contact us.

Because we do not collect any information, there is no data for which parental consent would be required.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy when changes are posted.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

Face Data and Image Processing

Applications provided by Lifeup Soft use Apple's on-device Vision framework to detect the position of faces in a photo or camera preview. This is used only to place visual effects correctly — for example, to align an emoji mask, to protect skin tones while a filter is applied, and to suggest a suitable look for the scene.

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share face data. Our applications do not perform facial recognition and do not create or use any faceprint or biometric identifier. Detection results (face position and outline coordinates) exist only in device memory while the image is being processed and are discarded immediately afterward. They are never written to disk, never included in your saved photos, and never sent to us or to any third party. Our applications contain no networking or analytics code related to face data processing, so no image or face data leaves your device. Because nothing is collected, there is no retention period and nothing to delete.
